The San Antonio Spurs announced yesterday the signing of guard Bryn Forbes, bringing the undrafted Michigan Spartan back to the Alamo City after his one year stint in Milwaukee. Per team policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
Forbes spent his first first four seasons with the Spurs. He left for the 2020-2021 season to join the Milwaukee Bucks on their way to win the 2021 NBA championship. In his lone year in Milwaukee, Forbes was one of three players in the league to make over 150 three-pointers while shooting at least 45 percent.
While playing in Wisconsin, Forbes was much closer to his childhood Michigan. But he and his family have taken a shine to San Antonio and they are glad to be back.

As Josh Primo picked up #11 after being drafted, Forbes will wear #7 for the Silver and Black.
