How Las Vegas looks from the other side of Draft night, a Spurs fan perspective

I am not one to follow college basketball, so I am rarely aware of any emerging NCAA player who may make a splash in the NBA. This season, the only player I was aware of — for obvious reasons — was Chris Duarte.

So I am always playing catch up when the Spurs bring players in for a interview or a workout. Even more scrambling to learn on the fly when the Spurs actually draft.

But there are many of you who had intelligent and informed comments about players. You knew profiles and had strong feelings about who should be wearing the Silver & Black when the dust settled on Draft day.

So, for those of you who watched Summer League (I love that both Salt Lake City and Las vegas are completely televised now), who impressed you?

Not just Spurs players, but those players you knew coming into Summer League. And maybe some names you were not expecting. Was there a “wow” moment in your viewing?
