The San Antonio Spurs have conducted a pre-draft workout with Kentucky power forward Isaiah Jackson, per Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington.
Kentucky big man Isaiah Jackson, a likely first round pick and excellent shot-blocker, says he worked out for the Hawks, Nets, Hornets, Pacers, Kings, Thunder, Rockets, Spurs and Knicks.

Jackson has also worked out for the Atlanta Hawks, Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, New York Knicks, and Sacramento Kings.
The six-ten big man was one of 353 early entry candidates for the 2021 NBA Draft and among the 74 players who participated in the 2021 NBA Draft Combine in Chicago a month ago.
Most mock drafts have the Michigan native coming off the board in the mid-first-round, and Jackson will learn his fate in less than a week after remaining in the 2021 NBA Draft past the July 19 withdrawal deadline.
Jackson averaged 8.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, and a whopping 2.6 blocks per game during his lone season with the Wildcats while earning SEC All-Defense First-Team and SEC All-Freshman First-Team honors in 2021.
Despite being a relatively raw offensive prospect, the talented freshman is an excellent vertical athlete with a tremendous wingspan who projects as a phenomenal lob target and rim protector at the next level.
The Silver and Black would be making a massive reach if they selected Jackson inside the lottery, though he meets a position of need and gives them the rim-running play-finisher they’re devoid of in the frontcourt.
The 2021 NBA Draft will take place on July 29 at 7 PM CST at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. ESPN and ABC will televise the first round, and the second round will air exclusively on ESPN.
