The San Antonio Spurs conducted a pre-draft workout with Georgia Tech University forward Moses Wright before the 2021 NBA Draft Combine.

Wright has also worked out for the Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks, Memphis Grizzlies, New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons, Dallas Mavericks, and Indiana Pacers.

The six-nine senior was one of 353 early entry candidates for the 2021 NBA Draft and among the 74 players who participated in the 2021 NBA Draft Combine in Chicago last month.

Although the former Yellow Jacket is one of the older prospects in this class, the 22-year-old recorded 22 points, ten rebounds, three steals, and three blocks in two combine scrimmages and impressed scouts.

Wright averaged 17.4 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game in his final go-round under head coach Josh Pastner and helped guide Georgia Tech to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2010.

The talented big man also posted a combined 3.1 steals and blocks per game, earning First-Team All-ACC, ACC All-Defensive First-Team, and ACC Player of the Year honors in 2021.

Despite struggling from the free-throw line throughout his college career, Wright flashed intriguing shooting potential, knocking down 41.4% of his three-point attempts during his final season with the program.

The North Carolina native opted to keep his name in the draft when the deadline to withdraw and maintain NCAA eligibility passed on July 7. His teammate Jose Alvarado also remained in the talent pool.

The 2021 NBA Draft will take place on July 29 at 7 PM CST at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. ESPN and ABC will televise the first round, and the second round will air exclusively on ESPN.
