On Friday night, Dejounte Murray earned himself a triple-double in a nail-biting, down-to-the-wire loss against the Portland Trail Blazers. He’s tallied three triple-dubs this season making him the first Spur to do so since David Robinson did it twenty-five years ago.

In actuality, Robinson accumulated four that season, but that is not the season high for a member of the Silver & Black. Johnny Moore racked up five in 1984-85, a Spurs franchise record.

Murray ties Alvin Robinson with the potential to match Robinson. Either way, Murray continues to navigate his way around the court, create his own mid-range shot and improve upon his distance shooting while nabbing rebounds and dishing dimes.

Keep it Dejounte and Go Spurs Go!
