The San Antonio Spurs got a huge win in game one of their back-to-back, home-and-home set with the Golden State Warriors. Three Spurs notched double-doubles to pace the team’s victory.

Dejounte Murray almost had a triple-double for the night, pouring in 27 points, 10 rebounds, and a career-high popping 8 steals. Meanwhile, DeMar DeRozan continued to drive the Spurs’ offense with 21 points and 10 assists, and Jakob Poeltl contributed 14 points with 11 rebounds and 4 blocks.

Dejounte Murray took over 4th quarter heroics with timely steals and clutch three pointers but also played a complete game on both ends of the floor:

Demar DeRozan managed to ice the game as he’s done all season with made free throws and quarterback the offense for the good guys down the stretch:

(In Neil deGrasse Tyson voice) “If Keldon Johnson’s ball arcs out of frame at a 90-degree angle, it has a 71% better chance of swishing through the net.”

Jakob tirelessly and patiently working both ends by starting a fast break with an opportune block and finishing the sequence with a casual lay-in assisted by DeRozan:

Rudy Gay’s not shy about taking any opportunity to hammer home a dunk:

Finally, the play that capped off the exciting night, Dejounte Murray, with no hesitation, drains the clutch three to keep the Spurs ahead for good:
