As you may have seen during last night’s telecast, Spurs Give and the Tim Duncan Foundation have teamed up to donate $100,000 to the San Antonio Food Bank to support Black Restaurant Week San Antonio.

For each featured menu item purchased this week, BRWSA participants will give back 21 meals to kids & seniors facing hunger.

Founder and organizer Ryane Smith shared, “This year is bigger than ever; amazing with these amazing participants from food trucks, restaurants, and professionals. They need our support and Black Restaurant Week San Antonio is a great time to do it. The tenets of Black Restaurant Week San Antonio is community, culture, and cuisine.”

Earlier this week, one of the participants, Mark’s Outing, gave out meals via drive-up to people hit hardest by last week’s historic winter.
