It’s time for Basketball: Spurs at Pacers

Welcome to the Game Thread. Veterans of the Game Thread know how we do things around here, but for all you newbies we have a few rules. Our community guidelines apply and basically say be cool, no personal attacks, don’t troll and don’t swear too much.

The last time the Spurs played a team as bad as the Pacers, they blew out the Orlando Magic on opening night for the Silver and Black’s first win of the year. Tonight, they’re fresh off their second win and looking for the first two win streak against the struggling Pacers, tied for the worst record in the league at 1-6 with the Magic and the Pelicans. They also have the worst attendance in the league so far, which should lead to a quiet arena tonight for the Spurs. The Pacers aren’t a team that the Spurs can take for granted, but if they can put it all together tonight like they did in Milwaukee, this should be another win for the good guys.
