The campus will include a training facility, research center, park, and medical offices. And the Spurs are reportedly investing at least $246M into this development, which will create at least 15 new full-time jobs.
The Spurs agreed to measures on tree preservation, water quality, public art investment, and a transportation demand management plan to support the thousands of residents expected to visit and work on the campus.
This project will span approximately 50-acres, with a 25-acre park at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 1604. The campus will reportedly create more than 1,750 jobs once it is fully operational.
