Great video of Devin Vassell posted on Spurs social media

It’s been a while since Frost Bank aired one of their Spurs Stories series, but there is currently a spectacular Devin Vassell post.

As is consistent with great, young Spurs players, there is mutual respect between Vassell and head coach Gregg Popovich.

“He’s got the tools to be a wonderful player. His length his speed his agility his love for the game all of those things. But beyond that he’s got a great personality, great work ethic, he’s a great teammate, he can handle criticism. He wants to get better and he’s willing to stick his nose in. He’s got all the elements there.”

Devin is a fan of San Antonio and his passion is reciprocated.

“Being able to the see the culture in the city is crazy. San Antonio is a unique city, it’s not like anything else. They really embrace you out there.”

Vassell says fans can expect more from him this season.

“I think fans will see a different Devin Vassell coming into the season...you’ll see a lot more of my game and the person Devin Vassell is and the player he is.”

Excellent sentiments from one of the Spurs budding stars.
