Tomorrow, September 10, is World Suicide Prevention Day and Austin Spurs guard Galen Robinson, Jr. is using the clothing line he created to raise awareness with a series of “You Are Loved” Suicide Awareness Prevention Hoodies.

Visit 1substantial.com and sign up for a newsletter that will inform you the moment these hoodies become available.

According to the World Health Organization, an individual takes his or her own life at a rate of every 40 seconds. That’s roughly 800,000 people a year. It is the leading cause of death for teenagers and twenty-somethings.

But suicide awareness is not Galen’s only passion. In addition to this cause, he has utilized his philanthropic exploits recently toward the Black Lives Matter movement.

Join Galen in spreading the word. You can follow him on his personal Twitter account.
