The Spurs Big Three may be long retired at this point, but that doesn’t mean the 40-something-year-olds aren’t staying in shape. While Tim Duncan has spent most of the last year in the gym as a Spurs assistant coach, Manu Ginobili has taken up biking. Often he has shown himself out with his family, but for his first 20 mile ride he partnered with his old teammate.
I found quite a teammate for my first 20 mile ride! I finished exhausted and he was fresh as a cucumber. #TDstillaBeast

Pavada de compañero conseguí para hacer +30km por primera vez!! Me reventó. Terminé arrastrándome y él como si nada. ♂️ pic.twitter.com/ss0aYioY7o
Based on Manu’s tweet, it sounds like he has some work to do to catch up to Timmy from a fitness standpoint. He may have some motivation, as Duncan appeared to passive-aggressively rub it in even more later.
"I think I could've gone for five more miles" he texted me afterwards.

"Creo que podría haber hecho 8km más" me escribió después del ejercicio. Definitivamente yo no! El viejo va!
Few teams have the culture the Spurs have enjoyed over the years, and as a result it’s not often you see former teammates hanging out as often as they do. This is also a reminder of Timmy’s subtle sense of humor that he didn’t often show in public but is often revealed in stories from behind the scene.
