It’s time for Spurs fans to party like it’s 1999

Fox Sports is airing the series that started the dynasty.

I know it is a little late, but I saw this posted yesterday.

Fox Sport Southwest is airing the 1999 NBA Finals games 1, 2, 4, and 5.

Last night kicked off games 1 and 2, but they are being repeated at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. CST respectively on May 14.

On May 16, you can catch games 4 and 5 at 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. with a repeat the following morning May 17 at 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. CST.

Time to bust out your best Fiesta gear and enjoy the emergence of Tim Duncan, the passing the torch of David Robinson, and the snarls of Latrell Sprewell.

I honestly haven’t seen some of these games since 1999, so there’s a lot to re-digest.

We’ll talk highlights and favorite moments over the next few days.
