Give Mama Coffee

This Mother’s Day Spurs’ guard and humanitarian Patty Mills is asking San Antonians to shop at eight small local coffee businesses using curbside pick-up only.

Mills will then write a check to Family Violence Prevention Services, his preferred charity - doubling the sales of all 8 coffee shops on that day. (So, if all 8 shops earn a total of $10K that day, Patty will write a check for $20K, and so on.)

Although Texas has lifted many stay-at-home restrictions, Patty is encouraging participants to practice social distancing, wear masks and gloves, and use common sense health considering the pandemic.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. It’s a trying time and you are most certainly working harder than ever to keep your loved ones safe and healthy. For today, let them take great care of you.
