Jakob Poeltl rehabs MCL injury during the NBA suspension

Quarantine or not, Poeltl is readying himself for the NBA’s return.

Spurs Zone’s Jeff Garcia reported that San Antonio Spurs’ Austrian center Jakob Poeltl is rehabbing his right MCL sprain acquired against the Orlando Magic on February 29th.

With the future of the season unsure, it’s good to know the twenty-four-year-old is working himself back toward returning.

Poeltl is also a restricted free agent, so determining his health will be a focus moving into summer and free agency.

What do you think, Pounders? Maintaining Jakob Poeltl seems like a no-brainer to me, but it warrants a discussion.
