The Spurs try to get their first win on the Rodeo Road Trip against De’Aaron Fox and the Kings

Welcome to the Game Thread. Veterans of the Game Thread know how we do things around here, but for all you newbies we have a few rules. Our community guidelines apply and basically say be cool, no personal attacks, don’t troll and don’t swear too much.

The Spurs are in a tight race for the playoffs, and if they are to have any chance at all of competing, they need a win tonight in Sacramento. The Kings have been a little disappointing in the wins department this year, but that’s something you could also say about the Silver and Black. They have plenty of talent, with the fastest point guard in the league, De’Aaron Fox, leading the offense. Dejounte Murray is going to have to have a throwback to his all defense performance of 2018 to keep him in check and get plenty of help from his teammates to make this a win for San Antonio. DeMar DeRozan has been on an offensive tear for the last month, but he can’t be the only player who can score buckets if for the team to break the losing streak. Go SPURS GooOOOoo!!
