Yesterday was February 24th, or 2/24. Two (2) was the number Gianna Bryant wore, and her father Kobe wore 24. The day brought together the celebrity mourners of the fallen NBA star, his daughter, and their fellow passengers from the horrendous helicopter crash last January 26th.
Among the former basketball players, actors, singers, and personalities were San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich, Spurs Sports & Entertainment CEO R. C. Buford, Big 3 teammates Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker, as well as current Spurs DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay.
