Trey Lyles made himself available for media yesterday:

During his interview he stated that he’s “very comfortable here” and San Antonio is “a perfect situation for me. I’d love to stay here long term.”

Lyles went on to say that he is going to continue to carve out his niche in hopes of finishing his career with the Spurs. He referred to his time with the Silver & Black as a “perfect situation.”

The twenty-five-year-old Canadian’s contract with the Spurs just became fully guaranteed. Along with LaMarcus Aldridge and both Jakob Poeltl and Drew Eubanks (who just inked three-year deals), the Spurs have put faith in their foundation in the paint.
