Frost Bank has a great series that focuses on each player on the San Antonio Spurs roster one at a time.
Yesterday featured Trey Lyles.

Five years into his NBA career, @TreyLyles has found more confidence in himself every day and has made himself right at home here in San Antonio. This is his Spurs Story.@FrostBank | #GoSpursGo pic.twitter.com/1RoUAzCAM1
Lyles, heading into his second season with the Silver & Black, was the silver lining on an otherwise blackened free agency (see what I did there?). First, the Spurs traded away Davis Bertans for DeMarre Carroll who never quite fit in (and is still going to be paid to not play in San Antonio this season). Next, Marcus Morris reneged on a verbal commitment to come to San Antonio (I must admit I loved watching him get knocked out of the playoffs by the Denver Nuggets). When the Lyles signing finally arrived, it came on as a bit of an afterthought and had the feel of consolation prize.
But after seeing how well Lyles fit into the starting line-up, hearing how excited he is to be in San Antonio (Spurs for life), and looking at the possibilities he brings to the youth movement, viewing this video can only endear him more to fans.
