A Spurs statistic to offer a little holiday cheer

One change in December keeps the fight alive,

The Spurs may have laid an egg against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night, but one highlight gave a positive spin on the 2019 Spurs as the calendar year ends.

Going from last to first on defending beyond the arc should give all Spurs fans some hope their season is not all but lost.

Considering that the Spurs have defended against the Houston Rockets twice in December, that progress shines an impressive light.

For now, let’s take that little nugget of good news and carry it into tonight’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
