During the first quarter of the Spurs game in San Francisco last night, LaMarcus Aldridge pulled his 8000th board. He currently ranks 72nd all time just a handful of rebounds behind John Havlicek who retired with 8007.
LaMarcus Aldridge just reached 8,000 career rebounds.

LA is the ONLY player in the NBA with 18,000+ points and 8,000+ rebounds since 2006 (year he was drafted).
With a spry Dejounte Murray earning rebounds like a bandit, don’t be surprised if LMA has to work a little harder to continue to climb in the all-time. For now, congratulations to LaMarcus as he continues to shine for the Silver & Black.
