Chinese nicknames for Spurs players are awesome

Multiple Spurs, and other players of note, have been given some unusual nicknames in China.

For example, Tim Duncan, our Big Fundamental is known better in Asia as “The Stone Buddha.”

While some make sense, like calling Tony Parker “The Little French Sports Car,” others leave conclusion to the imagination. For example, in China, Pau Gasol is labeled simply “Sister-in-law”.

By the way, in China, Kawhi is “cute,” but check out the pronunciation: 可爱.
