Spurs return to the scene of the crime

The Rodeo Road Trip resumes precisely where it left off.

NBA: San Antonio Spurs at Denver Nuggets Isaiah J. Downing-USA TODAY Sports

All-Star Break is over. We rub the sleep out of our eyes and return to our regularly scheduled...what’s that you say? Rudy Gay is returning to action? And LaMarcus Aldridge’s knee is feeling better? Well, time to hunker down and get ready as the last 23 games unfold. Yeah, I heard what Pop said, but I have faith. The Spurs are my team and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt across the board.

We didn’t always know what was going on behind the scenes with LaMarcus, but he and Pop talked it out and it seems to have worked in everyone’s favor. I’m giving hypotheticals, rumors, and Woj Bombs the same credence. None until we see where everything shakes out.

Who’s with me? Onward and upward!

Spurs are in Denver tonight, and I predict they will be ready.
