The San Antonio Spurs looked awful against the Minnesota Timberwolves last night. Every shot seemed to be from 3pt range which wasn't working for them. I would like to see the Spurs turn back the clock a bit, and try to establish an inside game. LaMarcus Aldridge has shown that he can work inside, but still relies on jumpers. DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay both seem to have a nice in between game that are almost automatic. I think the Spurs need to find their inside game and go back to playing good defense by clogging the middle. Every game has been a layup drill for the opposing teams. Even though teams are shooting threes near the 40% mark, it's still is discouraging to see the lane wide open in almost every opposing team's possession.
