San Antonio Spurs legendary coach Gregg Popovich has won the 2017 Players Voice Award for Coach You’d Most Like to Play For, an award voted by the players and the NBA Players Association.

Spurs star Pau Gasol is one of the players featured in the video announcement, but many other NBA stars speak about their admiration for Coach Pop and his qualities not only as a basketball coach, but a human being and leader.
This is not even close to a surprise, but it’s great nonetheless. Congrats, Pop!
