I can't understand why there's no mention of Serge Ibaka being someone of interest by the Spurs, especially if LaMarcus Aldridge is shipped out. Couldn't a straight-up sign and trade be accomplished to switch the two. Ibaka is certainly not the scorer that Aldridge is, but he is a more natural 3-point shooter. He runs the floor better. He is a rim protector and much better pick and roll defender. I think he would bring better floor spacing to the Spurs offense and be better against the high octane offenses like the Warriors and Rockets who give the Spurs fits. What are your thoughts?
