Today, Manu Ginobili announced (in Spanish) on his blog that he's returning to play in the NBA this year. Although he opted out of a $2.9 million player option on June 30, he's expected to sign back with the Spurs after the free agent firestorm dies down.

This means another year of incredible passing and unconventional moves as he returns for his 15th year in the NBA.

As of now, there's a good chance that the big three can be back next year to extend that record, but we're still waiting on word whether Tim Duncan will return. He's presently under contract with the Spurs, but still might retire.
