Changing the NBA All Star Game

In this week's appearance on the Phil Naessens Show, Phil asked me what I would change about the All Star Game if I could. It took me a while to realize what I really wanted to change, but I think I have something that would improve things. After that, we discussed the most important thing for the Spurs in the second half of the season.
