GIF Breakdown: San Antonio Spurs at Houston Rockets

Tim Duncan collected his 3000th block and he passed Karl Malone on the All-Time rebounding list, if that wasn't enough for you, he led the Spurs in assists in their 50th win of the season.

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

Timothy Theodore Duncan, who will soon be the second oldest player on the Spurs, just finds ways to impact basketball games. Tim knocked down a pair of 18-footers early in the game and here Dwight Howard respects Tim's shot leading to an easy bucket for Tony Parker off of Tim's superb pass.

This time Dwight gives Big Fun some space and Tim and LaMarcus Aldridge execute a sweet play as Aldridge spins off of Josh Smith and Timmy nails the high-low pass.

Tim's been passing out of double teams since the CIinton administration and here he hits Parker with a perfectly timed bounce pass. Tony is now shooting 47% from deep this season in limited attempts (49.)

This is pretty textbook Duncan with the hand-off/subtle-illegal-screen action to Patty Mills. Patrick Beverley gets caught on Tim and we know that Patty doesn't need much space to get his shot off.

LaMarcus and Timmy hook up with the high-low again. LaMarcus may have gotten away with a little push here, but it's Howard so we'll just laugh.

I never get enough of the Duncan/Whi oop. Not the prettiest specimen here but a very impressive play from Kawhi, from calling for it, to the fake and through a tough finish.

Bonus Play:

This was probably my favorite play of the night. It made me think of the first couple of lines to the "Shook Ones" Spurs playoff promo video from a couple years ago: No need to rush, cutters are coming.
