GIF Breakdown: Orlando Magic vs. San Antonio Spurs

LaMarcus Aldridge edition.

Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports

LaMarcus Aldridge had what was probably his best game as a Spur against the Magic on Monday night, finishing the night with a pretty line: 28 points (9-of-13 from the field, 10-of-12 from the charity stripe), 4 rebounds and 5 blocks. So with apologies to Patty Mills and his fantastic night (22-4-5), let's take a look at LaMarcus' night.

Aldridge did half of his damage in the first quarter, repeatedly abusing Nikola Vucevic.

Aldridge seemed more aggressive on both ends of the floor and more willing to play center with Tim Duncan still sidelined. The Magic aren't a great test or anything, but it was nice to see the big man assert himself in the game.

The Magic are a jumpy bunch and Vucevic wasn't the only player that was completely faked out of a play. Let's hope the game stays easy for Aldridge.

This great find from Kawhi Leonard led to an easy lefty layup.

Aldridge was automatic from mid-range when left open, which I expect him to be.

Let's end this edition of GIF Breakdown with some Aldridge blocks. Poor Elfrid Payton had some trouble with Aldridge's length in this one.
