The Brooklyn Nets have reached out to the San Antonio Spurs' Sean Marks according to The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski, and are trying to persuade him to be their general manager.
Marks has been working as an assistant coach and with the Spurs' front office since 2013, and it's not necessarily a done deal that he'll leave Texas for New York just because he's been offered the position. The Nets have been looking for two months and are also said to be interested in at least three others that they'll fall back on in case Marks declines the offer.
As soon as we hear anything else, we'll let you know.
