Spurs recall Murray and Forbes from Austin

The San Antonio Spurs announced Sunday afternoon that they have recalled rookies Dejounte Murray and Bryn Forbes from the D-League Austin Spurs.

The quick move comes after Austin’s game Saturday night, when Forbes nailed a triple at the buzzer to beat the Erie Bayhawks, 109-106:

Forbes recorded 17 points in the contest, while Murray logged 16 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.

San Antonio returns to action Monday at home against Dallas.
