The San Antonio Spurs announced Tuesday evening that center Dewayne Dedmon will miss the team’s next two games with a left knee sprain, while guard Danny Green has been listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game with a sore groin.
Dedmon did not travel with the team.
Green is once again on the questionable list, after missing the team’s first seven games with a left quad strain. He made his season debut last Wednesday, sat out Friday’s game for rest and has played in the Spurs’ last two games.
The Spurs will take on Sacramento Wednesday night, followed by a matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers Friday.
Dedmon has been productive for San Antonio this season, especially his inside presence. The third-year center is averaging four points and five rebounds per game.
The Spurs and Kings tip off Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m. CT.
