A series of June 10th tweets from San Antonio Express-News Federal agencies/court reportor, Guillermo Contreras, suggests that Tim Duncan is going to return to the Spurs for a nineteenth season.
Duncan was in court on Wednesday for a hearing on a suit he filed vs. a former financial planner.
Tim Duncan with the assist. He picks up pen for lawyer on opposing side when it rolls off defense table in federal court. #Niceguypersona

Is #TimDuncan playing next year? His lawyers 2day requested trial for next summer, "so he won't miss playing time." Hmm #Spurs #onemoretry

It's certainly not official, but with the beginning of free-agency still almost three weeks away it's good news for fans of the NBA, the Spurs and of Big Fun. Moving his trial to not miss playing time could be a just-in-case measure, but it was clear in the Clippers series that Tim still loves the game and has plenty left in the tank. I'd bet on him returning for a shot at a sixth ring.
