Kawhi Leonard's best assists of 2014-15

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

The thing that impressed me the most about Kawhi Leonard's growth as a player this past season was his vision and passing ability. That was the area that worried me the most with Kawhi getting the designation of "future face of the franchise." I wasn't convinced that he would be able to see the court and make the correct decision when he started to receive the most touches on the team.

I've never seen anyone grow so much so quickly at a skill that is rarely learned at the NBA level. Players come in able to see the court and pass or they don't. I don't know if it's having Manu Ginobili around, but Kawhi has become much more adept at finding the right man and then passing him the ball.

That's what excites me the most about the future with Kawhi.

Now, if the kid can learn the way of consistency from Tim Duncan, the Spurs are set for the next half decade.
