There have been some changes that will hopefully make the experience of using Pounding the Rock and other SB Nation sites a little bit better. There is a new system in place that will make it easy to report problems with ads that you encounter on the site.
If you come across a problem with an advertisement, please follow the following steps to report the problem and it will quickly be addressed and fixed. Ads are necessary and it will be great to keep everything running smoothly.
Option One - Contact Us Form on SB Nation
-
When visiting SB Nation, readers can access the "Contact Us" option at the bottom right of any page.
-
On the "Contact" page, the user can classify their report as an advertising issue by selecting the "I'd like to report an issue with advertising" option.
-
Once that is selected, the user will be asked the following questions. The following information has proved to be best in helping us diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-
URL where the issue occurred
-
Operating System being used at the time
-
Browser being used at the time
-
A brief and detailed summary of the issue
-
Screenshot (if available)
-
Name and Email
-
-
After that is filled in and submitted it will be transferred directly to the Ad Support team
l
Option Two - Email
-
If you or an SB Nation reader sees an issue please ask them to send an email toadvertisingsupport@voxmedia.com.
-
It would be helpful if the user coul include this information.

Option Three - Twitter
-
If a reader reports an issue to you via Twitter, we're available to help! Go ahead and cc @VoxAdOps in a reply to the user and we'll take it from there.
