It's officially October, which means we are less than one month away from the start of the NBA season. As opening night approaches, the Spurs have released the broadcast schedule for the 2015-16 season.

There will be 73 games airing locally in HD on FOX Sports Southwest, KENS-TV (CBS 5) and KMYS-TV (CW 35). FSSW will air 60 games this season, while KENS-TV will broadcast 11, and KMYS-TV will carry two. All remaining nine games of the regular season will be aired exclusively on national television. Like always, you can view the full broadcast schedule at Spurs.com.

The season will kick off on KENS-TV on Wednesday, Oct. 28th at 7 p.m., when the Spurs visit Oklahoma to face the Oklahoma City Thunder. The first game at the newly renovated AT&T Center will be Friday, Oct. 30th, at 7:30 p.m., when the Spurs host the Brooklyn Nets.

All Spurs fans should be happy to learn that award winning broadcaster Bill Land is returning for his 13th season as the lead play-by-play announcer, and the legend himself, Sean Elliot, is returning for his 15th season as the lead analyst.

And if you can't catch the games on TV, you can always listen on WOAI-AM 1200 with Bill Schoening calling the action, and on KCOR-AM 1350 with Paul Castro providing play-by-play in Spanish.

Tickets to both preseason and regular season games (through Feb. 6th) are now on sale at Spurs.com and ATTCenter.com.
