Erler and Phil Naessens chat about the Spurs-Blazers series

The Blazers have a sweet-shooting big-man and a small, quick guy who loves to take it to the rim. How can the Spurs possibly prepare for such a unique attack?

USA TODAY Sports

You woke up this morning and something felt off.

Sure, the Spurs are one of the eight teams left standing having just dispatched the Mavericks in seven tough games, and it was fun to watch that blowout and read all the columns and watch all the interview clips, but something was missing.

And then it hit you, like a DeJuan Blair forearm to the face.

You haven't heard Erler with Phil Naessens in a while.

Well good news, Pounders, we're back. Phil brought me on to put a bow on the first round and to preview Spurs-Blazers. I make a couple of points without sounding too homerish and you can have a listen to judge for yourself.

After my segment, Phil welcomes the opposing viewpoint from Dave Deckard of BlazersEdge.com. And just when you thought you couldn't possibly handle any more basketball knowledge in your ear-balls, here comes Joe Mullinax from GrizzlyBearBlues.com to talk Heat-Nets with Phil.

In case the player above doesn't work you can listen to the entire program from Phil's site located here.

Take a listen. His show is broadcast Monday thru Friday on Max Sports Channels, Talk Superstation, Armed Forces Radio Network , Kozmik Radio, First Online RadioEpix RadioAbscape Radio and Baseball Talk Radio.

As always, please feel free to share your thoughts of the show in the comments and offer feedback, good, bad or indifferent.
