Adrian Wojnarowski first reported that Nando De Colo was traded for Raptors forward Austin Daye in the final moments before the trade deadline.

Daye is a 6'11" forward playing in his fifth season in the league. After being selected with the 15th overall pick of the 2009 NBA draft by the Pistons, Daye was traded in his fourth season to the Grizzlies as part of the Prince - Calderon - Rudy Gay three-team trade. After becoming a free agent, he signed for the minimum to play in Toronto.

Daye has only played 33 total minutes this season, appearing in only eight games. His career averages are 4.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and 0.8 assists on 15 minutes a game.

Nando De Colo was relegated to the end of the bench and the D-League in his sophomore season, but injuries provided him with a chance to get minutes with the Spurs. He appeared in 26 games, averaging 4.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists on 11.6 minutes a game.

We will have analysis on the trade later.
