The San Antonio Spurs' injury list just keeps growing

Coming off a rousing 121-92 defeat of the short-handed Minnesota Timberwolves, the San Antonio Spurs head home to face the short-handed Brooklyn Nets while dealing with their own short-handedness.

It's almost like the more players the San Antonio Spurs lose, the better they perform. And if that's the case, with one more role player added to the list, surely they should blow out the Brooklyn Nets, at home, by 40+.

After last night's contest you can now add Cory Joseph to the list of injured Spurs following San Antonio's win against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Joseph (sprained left ankle) went to the locker in the second quarter, but returned to the game. But he didn't return for the second half, and is now listed as doubtful for tonight's contest.

Marco Belinelli (mild strain, right groin) returned to action last night, scoring five points in 10 minutes of action, but may have re-aggravated his groin strain and is listed as questionable for tonight.

Matt Bonner (stomach virus), is listed as doubtful while Patty Mills (right shoulder surgery) and Tiago Splitter (tightness, right calf) remain out. With no definite timetable for the Brazilian's return.
