The Spurs will try to bounce back after Wednesday's loss to Alba Berlin with a win in Istanbul against Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce to close their European tour.
My latest basketball crush Bogdan Bogdanovic plays for Fenerbahce as well as former NBA players Semih Erden, Andrew Goudelock and Jan Vesely. So don't expect the game to be easy.
The match up to watch will be Kawhi Leonard vs. Emir Preldzic. Predlzic is a crafty scorer, so it will be interesting to see if Leonard can shut him down and prevent him from doing things like this:
Hopefully the Spurs break the game open early so we can see what Kyle Anderson and the deep bench guys can do. But I'd settle for the team making fewer mistakes and generally looking more Spurs-like than they did on their first pre-season game.
