Update (Matthew Tynan): Parker is expected to undergo X-rays on his finger at some point on Thursday. As always, we'll keep you updated as we hear more.

In the middle of the 3rd quarter against the Denver Nuggets, Spurs guard Tony Parker injured his right middle-finger attempting a layup.
Parker would attempt to play through the injury by staying in the game for a few plays, and even scoring a basket. He would exit the game soon after and go straight to the locker room.
The Spurs would go on a run to close the 3rd quarter without Parker on the bench.
Parker returned to the bench where it was revealed he sprained his right-middle finger and is expected to return.
