Quick Cap: Tim Duncan explodes, leads Spurs over Hawks, 102-100

Tim Duncan had a monster performance in a game that featured a thrilling finish. Big Fun finished the game with 23 points and 21 rebounds. The Atlanta Hawks hit back-to-back threes and tied the game with 4.7 seconds left. On the ensuing play, Timmy curled off a screen and hit the game winning 15-foot jumper! (Check out the GIF.) It's so great that he had the game winner, what with the incredible night he'd had up to that point.

The Spurs turned the ball over 19 times (which led to 23 Atlanta points), and the Hawks had more energy for most of the night, but the Spurs fought and pulled this one out, denying Mike Budenholzer's Hawks a victory in Bud's first trip home.
