Stampler Previews Spurs-Bucks With Phil Naessens

Featuring deep analysis of the Spurs and nine teams that would lose handily to the Spurs.

Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports

Sometimes, like when the Spurs lose three of five games to good teams, I think we get spoiled and forget just how spoiled and lucky we are to be rooting for these guys, a contending team more or less every year save one since 1989. The one time they stunk, they landed one of the top ten players of all-time in the draft.

There are so many bad teams in this league. Teams that shoot like a bunch of Rudy Gays. Teams that defend like a bunch of Amar'e Stoudemires. Teams that rebound like a buncha Matt Bonners and teams pass the ball about as often as Boris Diaw passes on dessert.

In this week's segment with Phil we discussed nine such teams and also the Spurs. We get into Orlando-Charlotte, Utah-Sacramento and Philadelphia-Minnesota.

Anyway tune in to hear my slightly improved voice and also to listen to Zeb from Welcome to Loud City break down the other four games, including OKC at Memphis (go Z-Bo!). What else are you gonna listen to? Christmas music? Didn't you get enough of that in the mall?

In case the player above doesn't work you can listen to the entire program from Phil's site located here.
