J.R. Wilco breaks down the Western Conference contenders on the Phil Naessens show

I’m back on at my regular time slot of Phil’s show and decided to take a step outside my comfort zone, made many notes and attempted to explain why the Western Conference is so chaotic and why I feel the Spurs have an excellent chance of repeating as Western Conference Champions. Please feel free to let me know where I’ve slid off the reservation.
