Aron Baynes highlights against the Charlotte Bobcats

Aron Baynes saw his first real NBA action last night against the Charlotte Bobcats, and he showed off his explosiveness, leaping ability, defense and touch from the free throw line. Here are the combined highlights of his work for the San Antonio Spurs.

For those of you who just can't get enough of Aron Baynes, here's a video of his highlights against the Charlotte Robertcats Bobcats.

He was 3 of 7 from the field, 1 of 2 from the line, had 9 rebounds (three offensive), one block and 7 points in his 18 minutes.

There were a few interesting plays that I noticed last night but didn't make the cut in this video, one of which wasn't even a statistic, but would have been a rebound if the ball had cooperated. On the play, the ball came off the hoop WAY to his left, and hit the ground almost between the legs of one of the Bobcats. Aron made a quick sideways hop and was on top of the ball almost immediately. I was VERY surprised how fast he got there. He almost stole that board from a guy the ball landed right in front of.

That is almost the most exciting thing to me about his first serious playing time. What's yours?
