Rockets @ Spurs: Gameday Thread

New, comments

Let's pretend that last game didn't happen, OK?

What last game? The one where we shellacked Boston?

There you go. That's exactly what I meant. Now, on to the task at hand. Tonight, we need a win to keep our division record looking good, no to mention keeping pace with the other playoff teams.

Remember to get the opposing point of view over at The Dream Shake. Those guys are great.

Yep, we got Joey. Let the "FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU" pics commence.

Key Matchup

Point Guard: Brooks is one of the better scoring PG's in this league, and George needs to limit his effectiveness on defense, while using his length advantage to torch Brooks on the other end. When the benches come in, we will lose the battle of Lowry vs. Mason/Temple, so it's very important for George to win his battle with Brooks.

Key to the Game

Rebounding: Houston's frotcourt is undersized, and the Spurs would do well to send an extra man to the offensive boards so that they can get some additional possessions.
