Game Thread #51: Spurs at Raptors

Breakdown

• Point Guard - Calderon shouldn't be able to slow Tony at all. This could be Tony's break out game.
• Off Guard - Anthony Parker is a very solid player who can give Manu some trouble with his physicalness. However, some good picks should free Manu up to attack a fairly weak interior defense.
• Center - Tim should eat Jermaine's lunch. Give him credit though, O'Neal has been playing better of late.
• Power Forward - Bonner is averaging 22.5 points over the last two games. The man is a baller. Bargnani wishes he was Matt.
• Small Forward - Slight edge to FinDog over Joey Graham. It's a guess, I don't know much about Graham.
• Bench - Kapono, Moon, Ukic, whatever. I'll take The Dagger and Cubits. Kurt has been playing very well lately as well.
• Coach - I'm not sure who coaches the Raptors now and I don't have the time to look it up. Whoever it is, I'm not taking him over Pop.
• Intangibles - I think the guys will be looking to make a statement the last game before the break.
• Mojo - WE ARE THE SPURS! THEY ARE THE RAPTORS!
• Winner - We should win this by 20. I say we take a 6 point lead to the break. 16 into the fourth and win by 12

Keys To The Game

• Active Defense - We need to not be passive on defense and take them out of their game.
• Bonner - Stay hot Red Rocket. Stay hot.
• Penetration - Tony and Manu should make a living in the paint. If the Raptors are forced to collapse Romaju and Bonner will have a field day.
