Let's be honest with ourselves. If you're a regular reader of this blog then you probably want Tim Duncan to sit tonight out, just to see what The Sickness is capable of against Golden State. The Warriors are a vastly better team with Stephen Jackson on the court, but let's not get this twisted, they're still Golden State, Manu's still Manu and I need a third thing to finish this sentence so let's go with "Baron Davis is still a lock to hoist up a bunch of junk at random intervals." After all, this is very nearly the same Warrior team the Spurs beat by a combined 89 points in their last three meetings. Yes. Really. 89 points.
Oh, by the way, the Spurs have the best offense in the NBA. Just thought you might want to know that.
Oh, and another thing. Tony Parker is 11th in the league in PER.
(I had a dream last night that Tony Parker shot free throws backwards during the second half of a game. He made the first one, air balled the second and front-rimmed the third. Was he fouled on a three pointer? No. Then why was he shooting three freebies? I don't know. Ask my subconscious; I'm just happy the devil wasn't chasing me.)
