Game 6 Open Thread: SA @ Boston Celtics

Tonight the Celtics will try to end a 15 game losing streak to the Spurs. Game time is 6:30 central.

Starting lineups:

SA (4-1,2-1 away)
PG Tony Parker
SG Manu Ginobili
SF Bruce Bowen
PF Tim Duncan
C Rasho Nesterovic

BOS (2-2, 2-1 home)
PG Delonte West
SG Ricky Davis
SF Paul Pierce
PF Mark Blount
C Raef LaFrentz

Brent Barry is definitely out of action for the rest of the road trip and Finley is questionable for tonight's game. Pop started Van Exel in Manu's place on Wednesday, saying the main reason was to prevent the tightening of Ginobili's thigh. Pop could do the same tonight; but that would mean Van Exel would be guarding Ricky Davis. I'll go out on a limb and say he's a better offensive player than CHA's Matt Carroll.

BOS opted not to resign Antoine Walker and Gary Payton. Astute moves if you ask me, but then they added Scalabrine and Dickau. Go figure.

Tonight's line: SA -5.5
My pick: Eenie meenie minie... BOS
SA is 3-2 ATS this year with an average margin of +1.1. I am 1-4.
